Make Cheese With Paula 101 – Paneer, Ricotta, and Queso Fresco


Discover the magic of making your own healthy cheese with no additives or artificial ingredients! Cheesemaking combines art and science, using regular pasteurized store-bought milk, and simple tools and ingredients.

This is a great introduction into 4 easy, rapidly acidified cheeses including: Paneer (India), Ricotta (Italy), and Queso Fresco (Mexico and Latin countries). Perfect for beginners, and easy to do! Your kit in the class includes enough to make pounds more at home.

This classes uses vegetarian rennet. Dairy is used, and meat may be present for tasting and recipes.
