Realtor® Tax Filing and Bookkeeping
Are you a PREC (Personal Real Estate Corporation) or self employed as a Realtor®? Are you struggling to maintain proper tax and accounting records during the year? A corporate or self-employed or sole proprietor tax return is filed with the same categories with very few exceptions. Tracking these expenses is also the same process.
This course will empower you to be able to get your annual filing ready and push the button to send to CRA or hand off to your accountant. This course will show you what you can and cannot write off, how to track it, what to keep or not to keep and more. This course will show you how to minimize your tax and simplify the process to allow you to list or find more listings.
Included with the course is a basic filing system called BoxKeeping.ca which has coordinated, preprinted filing labels, is also included in the course fee, and is yours to take home to use. The course will cover basic bookkeeping need to knows, a fully laid out General Ledger to get started and introduction to Quickbooks Online as an example of the options out there. This workshop course is designed specifically with you as the Realtor® in mind.
