As a Supervisor you may have team members that always seem to be in conflict with each other or the whole team and everyone looks to you to resolve the issues. What do you do? Do you run from conflict, face it head on, try to find a win-win solution or like many people; do you feel like you don’t have the skills or confidence to deal with it?

This two-part workshop will provide your confidence, your awareness and provide you with hands-on skills training to assist you in dealing with one-on-one conflict, conflict in teams and interpersonal conflict.

Effective Conflict Resolution Skills –Part 2

Building on the information you learned in Part 1, we will now turn our attention to the practical application of that knowledge. In this workshop you will walk away with ready to use skills and techniques for dealing with:

 The conflict toxins in teams that can de-rail team relationships and performance
 Two tools for effectively mediating interpersonal conflict,
 Building solutions by finding the common ground
 Facilitating Team discussions for effective problem-solving
