Supervisory Skills – Level I Certificate Course

If your job currently involves the supervision of others, this course will help you to develop the knowledge and skills to enhance your day to- day effectiveness as a supervisor and leader.

If you would like to advance your career to the supervisory level, this course will provide potential employers with proof that you are serious about acquiring the necessary skills to become a ‘great’ Supervisor. Topics include an introduction to supervision, leadership, employee engagement and motivation, team-building techniques, and managing employee performance.
