$284.99 CAD
Description
This is an introduction to the commonly used small business cloud-based accounting program, Quickbooks Online. Using a scenario that mimics a simple small business, students will learn to navigate the program, enter and pay vendor bills, and create invoices and receive payments. An introduction to bank feeds, reconciliations, and sales taxes as well as report generation is also provided. Students will gain a basic familiarity with the program and how it works. Since the program is used as a bookkeeping tool, completion of a bookkeeping course or comprehensive experience with accounting terminology and concepts is a required prerequisite.
Prerequisite: Computer Basics Level 2 and Bookkeeping and Introductory Accounting Level 1 or basic Bookkeeping and Accounting knowledge.
Course fee includes a textbook and student version of QuickBooks software.
A Certificate will be issued upon course completion.
