This course will take you through the step-by-step process of transforming a paper form into an electronic form that can be easily filled out and submitted electronically.

In this course you will learn how to:

·        Use an existing Word document to create a form
·        Create form fields, such as text boxes, checkboxes, and drop-down menus
·        Add calculations and formatting options to enhance the functionality of your electronic form
