Advanced Techniques for Card Making

Description
This third workshop will be jam packed with techniques to take your card making to the next level. You will learn how to use distressing, embossing powders and embossing folders to make your 3 cards. Sherrin will also introduce foiling as a way to add big impact to your card making. And finally, you will receive a handy reference for these techniques.

Paper supplies will be provided, but students are asked to bring a ruler, scissors and a pencil to each of the workshops.
Instructor:
Sherrin Western has been doing papercrafts for 16 years. She started when her best friend passed away suddenly and Sherrin wanted to make a scrapbook to capture the memories of her friend’s life. That scrapbook launched her love of everything paper! Card making was the next natural choice for Sherrin and she now does both card making and scrapbooking as both a way to relax, record memories and connect with friends.
