Description
This course is designed to build upon the skills and knowledge acquired from the Introduction to Bookkeeping and Accounting course. It includes a more detailed approach to daily/monthly bookkeeping procedures. Year end and related topics are covered in more depth, as well as more payroll practice, and other additional topics, including NSF cheques and bad debts, interest on overdue customer accounts, inventory accounting and credit cards (used/accepted). Bring a hand calculator to class.
A course manual and/or exercise book is included with your registration fee. A Certificate will be issued upon course completion.
Course fee includes cost of $40.00 textbook.
PREREQUISITE: students need to have FULLY completed the Bookkeeping and Introductory Accounting Course or Equivalent.
