Come and spend a few hours with Paula and learn how to handcraft your own delicious Farmer’s Cheddar. In this demonstration-style class, you will learn the history, science, and process of making your own cheese using readily available ingredients.
Please Note: This is a see/touch/taste demonstration-style class.
This class is comprehensive, delicious, and fun! Your instructor will guide you through each step, debunking the myth that cheesemaking is complicated. You’ll see how to create high-quality cheese in your own kitchen using store-bought milk.
You will bring home instructions, as well as the supplies needed to create your own Farmer’s Cheddar in your own kitchen!

- Pine nuts are present in the pesto used for samples.
