Join Kay to learn how to make traditional kimchi and pan-fried kimchi dumplings from scratch. You will start by preparing kimchi, mixing and marinating the vegetables with spices for the perfect flavor. Then, use your homemade kimchi to make the dumplings filling, adding seasonings and other mix-ins before wrapping the dumplings. Kay will guide you through pan-frying them to a crispy finish. Taste both dishes during the class and take home a jar of kimchi. It’s a fun, hands-on way to explore Korean cooking.
