Bookkeeping Level 2

Description

This is a practical course, where you are given various receipts and invoices from a client. As a class, you will figure out how to organize the Income and Expenses for a sole proprietor. You will learn the proper compilation of invoices and receipts to assist in preparing for Income Tax and completing an annual GST return. You will learn how to set up the bookkeeping system, an advanced look at GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principals), preliminary payroll, and the resources available to you as a bookkeeper. You’ll learn to complete GST, PST, and Payroll Remittance forms by understanding the General Ledger.

A course manual and/or exercise book (cost $40) is included with your registration fee. If you are taking a livestreamed offering, it is the student’s responsbility to pick-up or arrange mail-out of  textbook at $20 + GST payable by phone or pre-arranged e-transfer.

PREREQUISITE: Students are required to have completed and passed Bookkeeping & Introductory Accounting Course or Equivalent.

A Certificate will be issued upon course completion.
