Upon successfully completing this Building Service Worker Certificate course, you will be qualified to seek employment as a Building Service Worker in various industries and businesses.
You could seek employment positions in:

• Schools
• Hospitals
• Government buildings
• Office Buildings
• Clinics
• and more!

You will also be ready to start your own contract cleaning business or be in a position to land cleaning contracts in the private sector.

 

The course consists of in-class instruction and hands-on experience to train you in:

• Cleaning
• Chemicals
• Equipment
• Floor and carpet care
• Public relations
• Safety

The Building Service Worker program prepares you with the business knowledge needed to calculate job requirements, and to complete successful quotes for cleaning jobs, if required.
You will also complete the WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Certificate.

Prerequisite:
Students must have a good command of the English language and be prepared for a faster-paced course.

 

A Certificate will be issued upon successful course completion.
