Description

The basic life skill of keyboarding is crucial for anyone – not just those who rely on it for a living. Learn to improve your speed and accuracy, with modern methods that focus on ergonomics and ways to take stress off your wrists, arms, and shoulders.

This course will also help those who are retraining for employment purposes, those who need a faster speed for particular jobs in the medical or legal fields, or those who want to avoid carpal tunnel and other repetitive stress injuries.

Through exercises and games, this class creates a positive and FUN environment that will help you overcome any obstacle. Using the three pillars of keyboarding success, you’ll develop your skills and train your muscle memory. Over the five weeks of classes, you’ll get to try several different strategies, and at least one of them will work for everyone.

Included with your class fee is a Certified Speed and Accuracy Certificate. (Completed outside of class.) A certificate with or without your achieved in-class WPM (speed) will be issued. (Minimum 80% attendance required.)
