Enjoy taking better photographs!
This relaxed and enjoyable course will teach you the important basics of photography allowing you to take control of your camera and improve your images.
The course has been designed for both film and digital camera users.

• Exposure
• Composition
• Filters
• Lighting
• Creative techniques.
• Organizing and editing digital images

Each week, students will be given an assignment designed to practice the topics covered in the classroom.
Assignments will be shared and reviewed at the beginning of the next class.
There will be a Sunday morning field trip after the third classroom session, where you will put your new skills and knowledge into practical use.
For the field trip, class is typically held in Fort Langley, on Sunday morning, in lieu of your regular evening class, and students will need to provide their own transportation.

Please Note:

• Your camera (digital or film) should be capable of manual settings
• Please bring your camera and manual to class
• Field trip takes place Sunday morning after the third class (in lieu of 4th class)
