If you would like to advance your career to the supervisory level, this course will provide potential employers with proof that you are serious about acquiring the necessary skills to become a ‘great’ Supervisor. Volunteers in clubs, organizations, or on committees, involved in supervisory or leadership roles, will also find this course invaluable.
Participants will learn key supervisory principles and practical techniques that can be immediately applied within the workplace, and practical ‘hands-on’ solutions to realistic workplace situations. You will leave this course with a solid foundation for learning how to get the job done through others and building an effective team.
Topics include an introduction to supervision, leadership, employee engagement and motivation, team-building techniques, and managing employee performance.
