Going beyond the basics
In level 3 you build on the knowledge you have received in levels 1 and 2 and we develop more advanced skills and begin to get you ready to move from front line supervisor to a more senior level in your Organization. In this level of the certificate program topics covered include:
- Powerful presentations – all the skills necessary to sell your ideas to senior staff, delivery effective and engaging toolbox talks, tailgate meetings or staff development sessions
- Supervisor/leader self-care and how to recognize when your staff are struggling with their own wellbeing or stress – healthy leaders are successful leaders
- Conflict management – what is your preferred conflict resolution style and how to effectively resolve conflict
Pre-requisite for this course is Supervisory Skills Levels 1 and 2
-Previous supervisory experience is also beneficial
