In Level 3 you will build on the knowledge you have received in Levels 1 and 2. We develop more advanced skills and get you ready to move from a front-line supervisor to a more senior level in your organization. In this level of the certificate program topics covered include:

• Powerful presentations – all the skills necessary to sell your ideas to senior staff, deliver effective and engaging toolbox talks, tailgate meetings or staff development sessions
• Supervisor/leader self-care and how to recognize when your staff are struggling with their own well-being or stress – healthy leaders are successful leaders!
• Conflict management – discover your preferred conflict resolution style and how to effectively resolve conflict

Pre-requisites: Supervisory Skills Level 1 & 2. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.

Course Fee includes all material, handouts, and exercises.

A Certificate is issued after each course.
