| About Paula: | Paula’s classes are comprehensive, simple, and FUN! She travels all over North America to teach the joy of cheesemaking to both cooking professionals and home cooks, alike. She is a resident of British Columbia, and lives on Gabriola Island, near Nanaimo BC.
