Medical Office Assistant Certificate Program 2024
The total price of this program is $2400.00 + GST Canadian dollars, including a keyboarding course, and all digital and hardcover textbooks. This is offered as a no-cost 2-part payment plan (2 payments of $1200.00 + GST each, 30 days apart) or a single $2400.00 + GST payment offering. Choose your payment type in the dropdown menu.

All classes are taught in Pacific Standard Time zone and MUST be attended live, via video, from your home. Classes are NOT recorded for future viewing.
Class schedule
ALL classes take place Monday & Wednesday evenings, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, livestreamed to your location.
Module 1: Ethics & Confidentiality/ Office Procedures, dates September 4th to October 2nd 2024 (8 instances)
Module 2: Medical Terminology, dates November 6th to December 18th 2024 (12 instances)
Module 3: EMR Fluency & Medical Billing, dates January 6th to January 22nd 2025 (6 instances)
For this program, you will require a working computer (Mac or PC does not matter) or a Chromebook, with working camera and microphone. Any computer with a web browser will work, and a high-powered computer is not required. All classes and assignments are web-based. A handheld tablet or phone is not appropriate, as you will not be able to type or see assignments and lectures on a small screen. The device must have an off-screen keyboard and standard size screen.
Please note that you MUST also register for a keyboarding class of your choice at the time of registration. Click here to select your keyboarding class. This is a REQUIREMENT for this program. Your cart will not allow checkout unless the keyboarding class of your choice has been added.
