Join us for a demonstration class and learn how to make your own pressed Asiago cheese from start to finish.
You’ll receive detailed instructions and starter cultures to create your own wheel of cheese, ready to age at home.

Your instructor will guide you through each step, debunking the myth that cheese making is complicated.
Using readily available store-bought milk, she’ll show you how to create delicious, high-quality cheese in your own kitchen.

All equipment is provided. Students will receive comprehensive class notes and the supplies needed to continue making cheese at home.

Special Note Regarding Allergens: Crackers containing gluten are used in samples provided.  Pine nuts are present in the pesto used for samples.
