Discover the magic of making your own healthy cheese with no additives or artificial ingredients! Cheesemaking combines art and science, using regular pasteurized store-bought milk, and simple tools and ingredients. No experience necessary. Perfect for beginners, and easy to do!
Learn how to make your own Greek Style Feta cheese! This class will demystify the process of making your own cheese, giving you a good understanding of the process and ingredients that are used in cheesemaking. We’ll also be tasting the Feta we make in class. All supplies and equipment included. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit (including notes and supplies) to make more at home!
Please note: This is a see/touch/taste demonstration-style class. This classes uses vegetarian rennet. Dairy is used, and meat may be present for tasting and recipes.
