Make Cheese With Paula – Havarti

Discover the magic of making your own Havarti cheese with no additives or artificial ingredients! Cheesemaking combines art and science, using regular pasteurized store-bought milk, and simple tools and ingredients.
This class uses vegetarian rennet. Dairy is used, and meat may be present for tasting and recipes.
This is a see/touch/taste demonstration-style class. All equipment provided. Students receive notes and supplies to make more at home.
