Make Cheese With Paula – Mozzarella and Bocconcini

Please Note: This is a see/touch/taste demonstration style class.

Come and spend a few hours with Paula and learn how to handcraft your own Mozzarella and Bocconcini. In this demonstration style class you will learn the history, science and process of making your own cheeses using readily available ingredients.

Paula’s classes are comprehensive, delicious and fun! You will bring home ingredients to make your own Mozzarella and Bocconcini as well as comprehensive instructions. Other kits, supplies, forms and ingredients are available for purchase. This class uses vegetarian rennet. Dairy is used, and meat may be present for tasting and recipes.

Special Note Regarding Allergens: Crackers containing gluten are used in samples provided.  Pine nuts are present in the pesto used for samples.
