In Level Three you will build on the knowledge you have received in Levels One and Two.
We develop more advanced skills and get you ready to move from a front-line supervisor to a more senior level in your organization.

 

In this level of the certificate program topics covered include:

• Powerful presentations
  – All the skills necessary to sell your ideas to senior staff
  – deliver effective and engaging toolbox talks
  – tailgate meetings or staff development sessions
• Supervisor/leader self-care
  – How to recognize when your staff are struggling with their own well-being or stress
  – Healthy leaders are successful leaders!
• Conflict management
  – Discover your preferred conflict resolution style
  – Learn how to effectively resolve conflict

Pre-requisites: Supervisory Skills Level One & Two.  Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.

Course Fee includes all material, handouts, and exercises.

A Certificate is issued after each course.
