Come and spend a few hours with Paula and learn how to handcraft your own Mozzarella and Bocconcini.
In this demonstration style class you will learn the history, science and process of making your own cheeses using readily available ingredients.
Please Note: This is a see/touch/taste demonstration style class.

This class is comprehensive, delicious and fun!
You will bring home instructions, as well as ingredients, to make your own Mozzarella and Bocconcini in your own kitchen!

Special Note Regarding Allergens:

• Crackers containing gluten are used in samples provided.
• Pine nuts are present in the pesto used for samples.
• This class uses vegetarian rennet; dairy is used.
• Meat may be present for tasting and recipes.
