In Supervisory Skills Level Three, you will build on the foundational knowledge gained in Levels One and Two,
developing more advanced leadership competencies.

This course is designed to prepare you for the transition from front-line supervision to a more senior or strategic leadership role within your organization.

 

In this level of the certificate program topics covered include:

• Powerful Presentations
  – All the skills necessary to sell your ideas to senior staff
  – deliver effective and engaging toolbox talks
  – tailgate meetings or staff development sessions
• Supervisor/Leader Self-care
  – How to recognize when your staff are struggling with their own well-being or stress
  – Healthy leaders are successful leaders!
• Conflict Management
  – Discover your preferred conflict resolution style
  – Learn how to effectively resolve conflict

 

Prerequisites: Supervisory Skills Level One & Two.  Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.

 

 

Course Fee includes all material, handouts, and exercises.

A Certificate is issued after each course.
