Administrative Assistant Certificate

This Certificate Program is designed to give you a solid foundation in office and computer skills. No matter what the assignment, you will be able to do it. You will be able to format professional business letters, reports, memos, faxes and e-mails. You will have a full working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. You will be able to create documents at an advanced level, using Microsoft’s latest word processing software. You will be able to use Microsoft Excel, and perform spreadsheet functions at an advanced level. You will be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft’s latest office communications and scheduling software.

You will also have excellent bookkeeping, computerized accounting, and payroll skills. You will be able to create multimedia presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. By the completion of this program you will write and receive the ‘Microsoft Office Specialist Certification’ in both Word and Excel. This certification is recognized worldwide, and provides skills-verification and credibility to employers, co-workers and clients.
